* Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is the insurance that covers damage to the rented vehicle and
to the third party, however, renter will be liable for the Own Risk (deductible) in case of an
accident: US$300 for cat. YA-YD & US$600 for cat. E1-K plus US$85 for the third party. If the CDW is
declined, the renter shall be responsible for all damages to the rented vehicle plus US$85 for the third party.
A police report is compulsory in case of an accident.
